The coordinator of the seminar is Fr. Marinko Šakota.

 The leader of the Seminar for Priests is Fr. Domagoj Runje, born in 1973. In 1991, he entered the Novitiate of the Franciscan Province of the Most Holy Redeemer in Split. After Novitiate, he studied Theology at the Franciscan High Seminary in Makarska and at the Catholic Faculty of Theology in Zagreb. He was ordained as a priest in 1998. In 1999, he started his post-graduate studies at the Pontifical Biblical Institute (Pontifìcio Istituto Biblico) in Rome where he acquired his degree in Biblical Sciences in 2003. Then he continued his Biblical specialisation at the Antonianum Pontifical University (Pontifìcia Università Antonianum) in Rome where he defended his Ph.D. thesis in 2007, titled: „The People of God in the Temple Scroll“(Božji narod u Hramskom svitku). After having received his Ph.D. title in Theology with Biblical Specialisation (doctor in sacra theologia cum specializatione biblica), in the academic year 2008/2009, he began lecturing at the Catholic Faculty of Theology at the University in Split. In addition to his academic life and pastoral services, Fr. Domagoj he has also been an educator of seminarians. He often takes part as a lecturer in various symposiums, spiritual renewals as well as a director of spiritual exercises.
