Ambulance of the Order of Malta in Medjugorje began to work on Palm Sunday

The ambulance of the Order of Malta began with their activities in a new season in Medjugorje on this Palm Sunday, March 25. Their hours for urgent medicine are in this year from 9 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. They will continue to work until October 31, 2017. All members of the staff are volunteers who do not charge pilgrims for their services and the ambulance is financed through contributions and donations. The service is done in accordance to the motto of the Order of Malta: “Defense of faith and aid to the people in need.”
