As of tomorrow, we enter into the month of Our Lady, October. Let us never forget to thank Our Lady for all goods we received. The best way to do this is by participating regularly in the evening prayer programme, by praying family rosaries and praying on Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain. This was the invitation from the parish office “just to be able to thank good Lord for all He did for us through the intercession of the Queen of Peace.”
Rosary in the church of St. James in Medjugorje is every night at 5 pm and the Holy Mass is at 6 pm, on Sundays we pray the Rosary on Apparition Hill and on Fridays the Way of the Cross on Cross Mountain at 2 pm.
On Friday, October 4, we celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the founder of three Franciscan orders. On Thursday, after the evening Holy Mass, there will be service of Transitus, memorial of death of St. Francis.
Parish office invites all parishioners to this prayer encounter, particularly all those who are members of the great Franciscan family, all nuns, members of the Franciscan Secular Order and the Franciscan Youth.
