The 13th International Seminar for Married Couples that gathered more than 150 participants from Congo, Belgium, Germany, Costa Rica, Latvia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovakia was held in Medjugorje from 19th to 22nd September and the theme was: “Contemporary moral challenges to marriage”. The programme was held through the morning and afternoon lectures of Tonci Matulic, professor of Moral Theology and Social Teaching of the Church at Catholic Theology Faculty of the University of Zagreb. The evening prayer programme was in the church of St. James and there was prayer at Cross Mountain and Apparition Hill as well. The seminar finished with Holy Mass at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning. Late Fr. Slavko Barbaric initiated these retreats for married couples and the coordinator of this last seminar was Fr. Danko Perutina. (photos)
