The Italian national water polo team was in Medjugorje, the day after they lost a game in Split against Croatia. Their coach, Alessandro Campagna, said he was really happy to be in Medjugorje with his players since he thinks that it was the Gospa who invited them to come at the initiative of one of the players, Alex Giorgetti. Alex came to Medjugorje in 2011, for the first time, after his team won the World Championship. He told us: "Everything changed for me after that day and prayer is my whole life now. The faith helps me to become a better person. Medjugorje for me is love and union with God and the Gospa."
