The third National Spiritual Renewal of YouFra Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Medjugorje from December 2-4, 2016, with the famous line of St. Mother Theresa as the theme of the gathering “Peace begins with the smile”. The reason for this renewal was preparation for the most joyful Christian feast – Christmas. The programme began on Friday afternoon, when members of the Franciscan Youth registered for this event and it continued in the church of St. James with the evening prayer programme. Anđelka Oreč, as well as regional spiritual assistants Fr. Antonio Šakota and Fr. Domagoj Šimić, greeted all participants. During the spiritual tridiuum, young people participated in the evening prayer programme, in the lecutres and they also climbed Apparition Hill.
