Three friends from Zagreb on a pilgrimage to Medjugorje

date: 26.09.2017.

Three friends Kristijan Kezerić, Roberto Čergar and Roko Palić began their pilgrimage from Zagreb, Croatia on Saturday September 16. All three of them come from the parish of All Saints, Sesvete. When departing, they were blessed by the Auxiliary Bishops of Zagren, Mons. Ivan Šaško and Mons. Mijo Gorski, along with their parish priest Fr. Mario Miglesa. Kristijan was live on radio „Mir” Međugorje and told us that his trip was advancing more than well:

„Very often we go on a pilgrimage to Marija Bistrica and during one of those pilgrimages the idea on coming to Medjugorje was born. At first, there were more of us for that idea, but as the time passed by, some of our friends gave up due to their obligations and only three of us were left. Very soon we decided to progress with this journey. I would like to thank our parish priest who is with us all the way long. Our dear former parish priest assistant and a friend Fr. Ivan Vučak is with us too and he is now in the parish of Alojzije Stepinac in Krasice. We walk for about 30 km each day and we plan to arrive to Medjugorje on Saturday, September 30.”
