Tomislav Lukšić, his wife Patricija and their friend Goran Ivančić walked from Velika Gorica to Medjugorje. It was 500 km long journey and it took them 15 days. They began their journey on August 12, early in the morning and came to Medjugorje on August 26. This is what Tomislav said about their pilgrimage:
„This was most of all, desire of my wife. We wanted to do this pilgrimage in thanksgiving for all good things we, as a young family, received. For the success at the university, for all those wonderful moments God gave us. We had huge support in Goran who has been walking to Medjugorje for the last 14 years now. Each step of our pilgrimage was worthy. It is the opportunity for a person to remain alone; to think about everything, about all situations that suppress him, but simply, this pilgrimage can bring many fruits and blessings. We came to Medjugorje many times, perhaps more than 20 times.” Tomislav thanked all people for their hospitality expressed to them during this pilgrimage.
