The Apostolic Visitor for the parish of Medjugorje, Archbishop Henryk Hoser, visited Čitluk municipality and had a meeting with the municipal Mayor, Marin Radisic.
During this meeting, the Archbishop Hoser introduced mayor with the role of the Apostolic Visitor, entrusted to him by Pope Francis, shared his impressions on Medjugorje and spoke about the fruits of Medjugorje and plans regarding the constructions in the shrine.
Mayor Radišić presented the main characteristics of Čitluk municipality, spoke about the activities of local government and specially emphasised the activities regarding the improvement of the infrastructure in the parish of Medjugorje, where a huge number of pilgrims arrives each year.
Mons. Hoser and mayor Radisic, talking about the future plans, both expressed their openness to the joint cooperation, all with the purpose of parish Medjugorje developing and expanding at the welfare and joy of all the parishioners, but also for providing better environment to all pilgrims who arrive there on daily basis. They both exchanged symbolic gifts on this occasion.
