Dear brothers!
Easter changed everything, just as death changes everything. The woman became the first witness, and weak people became the heralds of courage.
They met the Risen One where they least expected: Magdalene at the tomb (Mk 16:9), disciples on the road (Lk 24:13-32), friends behind closed doors (Jn 20:19-25), Thomas in doubt (Jn 20:24 -29), Peter on the lake (John 21). Everything has changed. Everything always changes when the meeting of life happens.
Easter encounters renewed relationships, forgave betrayals, erased fears. Easter renews everything. It is a new beginning. It restores Peter, raises again, and after him raises all the others.
May Easter be a renewal of all relationships, words, and attitudes so that those who are renewed can renew the world, bring the Gospel of life to everyone and be witnesses of love.
