Franz Gollowitsch Jun., who together with his father has organized almost 450 pilgrimages from Austria to Medjugorje over the course of the last twenty years, cycled to Medjugorje on a personal pilgrimage in September, 2007. He was accompanied by his friends Gustav and Rosa Kantner, and their daughter Rosa Bettina Klampfer, who themselves organize pilgrimages to different shrines in Poland and in the Czech Republic. They cycled 723 kilometers over the course of six days. For all of them, this was a pilgrimage made in thanksgiving for all the graces they themselves have received.
