On Friday, June 24, 2016, we celebrate the Feast of St. John the Baptist, but it is also the Eve of the 35th Anniversary of Our Lady’s apparitions. As it is already tradition, Peace Walk would start on that day at 6 am outside monastery and shrine of St. Anthony in Humac and the Walk is expected outside St. James church around 10 am on that day. We invite all parishioners and pilgrims, especially the youth, to join this prayer. Holy Masses in Croatian language would be held in the parish church at 7, 8, 11 am and at 7 pm. The Rosary on Apparition Hill will not take place, nor the Way of the Cross on Cross Mountain. The prayer vigil begins at 10 pm with the Eucharistic Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at 10 pm for one hour and the silent Adoration would continue until 5 am on the following day.
